This Week’s Poll
With a lot of great items turned in already, we’re thinking about our bidding strategy. What are you favorite types of items to target at the Auction?
A final to-do before you head out for mid-winter break! Our 3rd and final procurement turn-in is this Thursday, February 13th, at morning drop-off. Look for purple and gold pom poms and volunteers/middle school students near the flag pole to happily collect your items. You may also bring your items directly to the Administration Building anytime between now and Thursday. We encourage all families to honor their tuition contract of $250 for donating or procuring items for the Auction. All money raised at the Auction goes directly to the school’s Operating Budget. Thank you.
There are many ways to meet your committment:
- Contact your Class Auction Liaison to contribute to your classroom package.
- Cash donations are always welcome and can be made on-line.
- Gift Cards – Purchase from Scrip and ask them to give it to the Auction. Gift cards such as Fred Meyer, Target, Starbucks and Diva Espresso are always popular
- Alcohol – bottles of wine, spirits, etc.
We have already received several inquiries for Day-Of Auction volunteer opportunities! If you would like to volunteer at the Auction or would like to help with set-up, please visit our Volunteer Sign-Up page. Thank you!!
Auction Night Photographer – Help us capture fun moments on Auction night. Email the Auction team at email@example.com if you would like to volunteer for this role!
