Procurement Items
We want to thank those families who have already dropped off their auction procurement form and/or items!
The auction is St. John’s largest fundraiser of the year. Thus, each family is expected to procure at least $200 in items (or in lieu of items, cash is accepted) for the auction, so that we can raise as much money as possible. The procurement items can run the gamut – restaurant gift cards, exciting Pacific Northwest adventures, kids’ activities – the list is endless. Think about what you would like to bid on at the auction as your guide.
We will accept auction procurement items from now until March 3rd. We have two drop-off dates scheduled (February 8th & March 3rd). On these dates, you will be greeted at drop-off by our wonderful 7th & 8th grade volunteers dressed in 1980s garb. If you cannot drop off during those times, we would be happy to take your items at your convenience.
As an added incentive, anyone who has dropped off their auction procurement items by February 8th (our next drop off date) will be entered into a raffle for $50 in Scrip of their choice. This means everyone who has turned in their procurement forms and/or items since November will be entered into the raffle.

Your Prom Pictures
Thank you to the brave souls who have already sent in their prom pictures: they will each receive a Makeda coffee drink ticket soon. Remember to look at the auction bulletin board outside of XDC to see your fellow parents all dressed up!
Please send your prom pictures to auction@st-johnschool.org and receive a Makeda coffee drink ticket! We would love to receive as many prom pictures as possible to make the auction a fun, community event. It’s okay if the prom picture came from a different decade.
