PROCUREMENT
Thank you for all of your procurement items, we are excited how our auction is shaping up! If you still have not turned in a procurement item, please consider a cash donation. You can make a cash donation here.

We are continuing to look for bottles of $20+ wine, and cash donations. Please give to St. John’s biggest fundraiser!

DINNER AND RAFFLE TICKET SALES
Dinner tickets for the Live Auction go on sale this Thursday, March 9th on the Bidding for Good website. We have three ticket levels available:

  1. Prom Committee – standard ticket, $95 per person
  2. Prom Court – upgraded ticket, $125 per person
  3. Prom Kings & Queens – VIP ticket, $150 per person

Tables seat ten people and are available to purchase as a whole table.

Raffle tickets will be coming home in your youngest child’s backpacks on Thursday. Each family is responsible for selling 15 tickets (at $5.00 each) for a chance to win $2500. The winner will be chosen at the Live Auction on April 28th. More tickets can be obtained at the church or school office. Please note that St. John must account for every raffle ticket –sold or unsold. Return sold and unsold tickets with payment (checks should be made payable to “St. John School”) to the auction office.
