Easy Ways to Help the Auction
Not sure how to honor your tuition contract commitment of $250 per family for donating or procuring items for the Auction?  Here are some easy ways to fulfill the commitment:

• Cash donations are always welcome and can be made on-line.
• Gift Cards – Purchase from Scrip and ask them to give it to the Auction.  Gift cards such as Fred Meyer, Target, Starbucks and Diva Espresso are always popular
• Alcohol – bottles of wine, spirits, etc.
• Themed gift baskets

The next procurement drop off date is Thursday, February 13th, but you can bring your items to the Auction office located in the Administration building anytime between now and then.  Thank you for your donations and your procurement efforts!  All money raised goes directly to the school’s Operating Budget.

St. John parents love to study! More than 25% of poll respondents said they spent most their time in high school in the library.  Close seconds were the theater and the student council office.  Thank you for all of the responses! We’ll have another poll in future auction emails!

We are all excited for our second annual Auction BINGO Night THIS Friday, January 10th!  This event helps underwrite the costs of the St. John School Auction.  Secure a sitter, spread the word and tell your friends! Free Dress Auction Item Reminder
If you purchased Free Dress for Two Fridays at last year’s Auction, the second free dress day will be this Friday, January 10th.

2nd Procurement Drop Off – 1/15/20
Our second procurement drop off date will be on Wednesday, January 15th during morning drop-off.  Look for middle school and parent volunteers in the morning drop off line to collect your items and procurement forms.  All procurement forms received by the Auction office by end of day on Wednesday will be entered into a drawing to win 2 VIP Upgrades to the Auction!  Procurement forms can be found here.  If you prefer to make a cash donation, please visit our cash donation page.  Thank you for your donations and your procurement efforts!
