LAST PROCUREMENT DROP-OFF IS THIS THURSDAY! 

This Thursday, March 1st is the last day we will have volunteers waiting at morning drop off to collect your procurement items and forms. The deadline is approaching!

If you need procurement forms, you may find them using the links below.

If you do not have an item to donate, you may donate money to the auction using the link below.

CASH DONATION

Please remember that each family is asked to donate $250 to the auction in procured items or cash. Thank you.

FREE DRESS

For all those families who have submitted their Auction procurement (items, forms or cash) by March 1st, your kids may come to school in FREE DRESS on Friday March 2nd.

We want to thank everyone who has donated items, money and time to the Auction so far. Please know that the money raised at the Auction goes directly to the current year’s operating budget. There will be many opportunities to volunteer as the April 20th Auction date draws near: baking desserts, volunteering the night of the Auction, etc. Please watch for volunteer opportunities in this weekly email in the coming weeks.

We are in the final two weeks for Auction Procurement-deadline is Friday, March 2, 2018.

Procurement Drop-off – This Thursday before Winter Break

You may turn in your procurement forms or items on Thursday, February 15th. As part of this “flash” drop, families turning in forms on that day will be entered into a drawing for $50 in Scrip. We will be waiting for you at kid drop off!

Auction Items

We are very excited about the amazing donations that we have received already! Here are a few that will be available for your bids in April:

  • One $100 gift card to Stoneburner
  • Principal for the Day
  • Dinner, Wine & Class for 12 at The Pantry
  • Seattle Mariners Guest Groundskeeper for a Day
  • Mission Ridge Family Package (up to 6 passes)
  • Kindergarten Graduation – Best Seats in the House
  • Fremont Mischief Distillery Tour, Tasting for Four and 3 bottles of spirits
  • One dozen Mighty-O donuts

Procurement Drop-off – Four before Winter Break

We have four opportunities for you to drop off your Auction items before Winter break!

The Auction team will collect your procurement forms or items at each of the State of the School presentations this week. Tuesday, February 6 and Thursday, February 8 at 8:45 or 7:00pm.

Auction News – January 23, 2018

 

Auction Wine Tasting was a Great Success!

We want to thank the over 65 people who attended the Auction Wine Tasting event last Friday. We tasted some truly delicious wines, and the wines with the winning votes will be offered for purchase at the Auction in April. We also had a taste of the Gifford Hirlinger wines that will be served at the Auction – and the response these offerings was fantastic. We raised over $2,000 to help underwrite the Auction, thank you! We look forward to seeing you all on Friday, April 20th at Fremont Studios for the Auction itself, we have some amazing items!

We would also like to thank CJ Dean and Julie Skinner for coordinating an amazing event and the many volunteers who helped make it happen: Lisa Collins, Irene Wainaina, Nancy Alton, Lisette Nenninger, Mary Kearney, Andrew & Lauren Exnicios, Brian & Rachel Berryessa and Betsy Rivera were on hand to set-up, serve and clean-up. Thank you!
