DINNER AND RAFFLE TICKET SALES
Dinner tickets for the Live Auction are now on sale at  Bidding for Good . We have already sold 130 tickets, please buy your tickets now before prices go up on April 14th. Tables seat 10 people and are available to purchase as a whole table. We have three ticket levels available:

  1. Prom Committee – standard ticket, $95 per person
  2. Prom Court – upgraded ticket, $125 per person
  3. Prom Kings & Queens – VIP ticket, $150 per person

Don’t forget to sell your raffle tickets!  Each family is responsible for selling 15 tickets (at $5.00 each) for a chance to win $2500. The winner will be chosen at the Live Auction on April 28th. More tickets can be obtained at the church or school office. Please note that St. John must account for every raffle ticket –sold or unsold. Return sold and unsold tickets with payment (checks should be made payable to “St. John School”) to the auction office.

PROCUREMENT
FRIDAY, MARCH 3rd IS THE LAST DAY TO HAND IN YOUR AUCTION PROCUREMENT FORMS!
We need the procurement forms only, the physical items are not due in the auction office until March 31st. We need the forms for our online and printed catalogs. Be on the look out for our 7th and 8th grade volunteers on Friday morning.

We are continuing to look for one-of-a-kind procurement items, bottles of $20+ wine, and cash donations. Please give to St. John’s biggest fundraiser!

80’s FLASHBACK

What was your favorite 1980’s movie? Was it Ferris Bueller’s Day Off? E.T.? The Goonies? Back to the Future? So many memories, so many long lasting quotes!

PROCUREMENT
Thank you to all the families who turned in their procurement items or forms in the last week and the weeks and months before that! As of last week, over 150 families were entered into our raffle and we would like to congratulate the Overland family for turning in their procurement form and winning $50 in Scrip of their choice!  We will accept auction procurement items until March 3rd.

Here is a small sampling of auction items coordinated by the class auction liaisons and donated by families:

  • 3-Day Preschool is donating a 2-night stay at Roche Harbor with a whale watching trip included
  • 3rd grade is donating a 3-night stay in Leavenworth
  • 8th grade is donating a Rhein Haus party for 25 people

This year we have teamed up with St. Al’s and Loyal Heights Elementary to trade volunteers for the night of each other’s auction. Our next opportunity to help out a community school is Saturday, March 11th from 5-11pm at Fisher Pavilion.
