PROCUREMENT
FRIDAY, MARCH 3rd IS THE LAST DAY TO HAND IN YOUR AUCTION PROCUREMENT FORMS! We need the procurement forms only, the physical items are not due in the auction office until March 31st. We need the forms for our online and printed catalogs. Be on the look out for our 7th and 8th grade volunteers on Friday morning.

We are continuing to look for one-of-a-kind procurement items, bottles of $20+ wine, and cash donations. Please give to St. John’s biggest fundraiser!

PROCUREMENT
Thank you to all the families who turned in their procurement items or forms in the last week and the weeks and months before that! As of last week, over 150 families were entered into our raffle and we would like to congratulate the Overland family for turning in their procurement form and winning $50 in Scrip of their choice!  We will accept auction procurement items until March 3rd.

Here is a small sampling of auction items coordinated by the class auction liaisons and donated by families:

• 3-Day Preschool is donating a 2-night stay at Roche Harbor with a whale watching trip included
• 3rd grade is donating a 3-night stay in Leavenworth

The next procurement turn-in is TOMORROW – WEDNESDAY, February 8th during morning drop-off at the flag pole. Look for our 7th & 8th grade volunteers, dressed in their best 80’s outfits; they will happily collect your procurement forms, bottles of wine, donation checks and physical items. We will accept auction procurement items until March 3rd.

As an added incentive, anyone who has dropped off their auction procurement items by February 8th (TOMORROW) will be entered into a raffle for $50 in Scrip of their choice. This means everyone who has dropped off their items since November will be entered into the raffle.

Procurement Items

We want to thank those families who have already dropped off their auction procurement form and/or items!

The auction is St. John’s largest fundraiser of the year. Thus, each family is expected to procure at least $200 in items (or in lieu of items, cash is accepted) for the auction, so that we can raise as much money as possible. The procurement items can run the gamut – restaurant gift cards, exciting Pacific Northwest adventures, kids’ activities – the list is endless. Think about what you would like to bid on at the auction as your guide.

We will accept auction procurement items from now until March 3rd. We have two drop-off dates scheduled (February 8th & March 3rd). On these dates, you will be greeted at drop-off by our wonderful 7th & 8th grade volunteers dressed in 1980s garb. If you cannot drop off during those times, we would be happy to take your items at your convenience.
