Planning has begun for this year’s school auction Denim & Diamonds on April 20, 2018. Auction Guidebooks went home in your youngest child’s backpack last week where you will find lots of auction related information and suggestions to help you get started with procurement, sponsorship and volunteer opportunities.
First Procurement Turn-in
Our first procurement turn-in day is Wednesday, November 15 during morning drop-off. All procurement forms received by the Auction office by the end of the day will be entered into a drawing to receive two free tickets to the Live Auction and Gala Dinner on April 20th. Our first volunteer opportunity is just around the corner. For the second year, we are participating in an auction volunteer exchange with St. Al’s. The date is Saturday, December 2 at St. Al’s with a time commitment of 4:45pm-7:30pm. Please use the link below to help.
