If you do, you must be a kid/teenager from the 80’s! Our apologies to those who will now have these songs in their heads for the next 24 hours.

The next procurement turn-in is TOMORROW – WEDNESDAY, February 8th during morning drop-off at the flag pole. Look for our 7th & 8th grade volunteers, dressed in their best 80’s outfits; they will happily collect your procurement forms, bottles of wine, donation checks and physical items. We will accept auction procurement items until March 3rd.

As an added incentive, anyone who has dropped off their auction procurement items by February 8th (TOMORROW) will be entered into a raffle for $50 in Scrip of their choice. This means everyone who has dropped off their items since November will be entered into the raffle.

Remember to check which businesses have been approached and add your own to the list:


  • Airline miles
  • UW locker room tour
  • Orangetheory membership
  • Palm Springs or Canon Beach getaway
  • Ray’s Boathouse, Skillet, Luisa’s or Zeek’s giftcards
  • Seattle Staycation – downtown hotel, restaurant and show tickets
  • Bottles of wine
  • CASH donation are always WELCOME!


This year we have teamed up with St. Al’s and Loyal Heights Elementary to trade volunteers for the night of each other’s auction. Our next opportunity to help out a community school is Saturday, March 11th from 5-11pm at Fisher Pavilion. If you would like to volunteer for this event, please sign up at Auction Volunteer Share with Loyal Heights Elementary.


We would like to welcome the following sponsor – Jeanette Whiting, a former teacher at St. John, from Windermere Real Estate, welcome Jeanette!  We are honored that so many school families and now former teachers have agreed to sponsor the auction, it is a wonderful testament to our amazing school.

For the planners in the crowd, auction tickets will go on sale March 9th; there will be round tables of ten people each. Members of the auction dinner team enjoyed a delicious lunch at Kaspar’s today and we can’t wait to share the fantastic menu!  More information to come…
