Free Dress – Week before Christmas break

Last year, the Auction offered a week of Free Dress for $25 per student as an Auction item – it was our most popular item! If you missed your chance to sign up or were not here last year, you can still purchase! Visit the Auction webpage to pay by credit card or send a check for $25 per student payable to St. John Auction to the school office by December 15th. All money raised by this fun Auction item supports the school’s operating budget. Parents will receive an email reminding your student that they may come to school December 18-20 in free dress. Yes to Free Dress!

Auction Wine Tasting

Save the Date! Please join us for the St. John Auction Wine Tasting on Friday, January 19th at 7 pm in Egan Hall. We will sample some amazing wines and select a few of the wines that will be available at the Gala Dinner. We will have savory and sweet bites, beer and non-alcoholic beverages. Grab a friend and join the fun. Tickets to this event will be available in January.

The Procurement Team is looking for leads/connections to the following:

• Downtown Seattle hotel rooms
• Tickets to Hamilton in New York City
• Willows Inn on Lummi Island
• Ed Sheeran and Taylor Swift (2018) concert tickets
• University of Washington football locker room tour
• Disneyland hotels/condos 

As a reminder, Procurement forms can be found in the Auction Guidebook that was sent home or here. You may also enter your auction donation directly into Bidding for Good by selecting “Donate Items” or “Donate Cash”  and following the instructions.

Save the Date! Wine Tasting

Please save the date for the Auction’s Wine Tasting; it’s your chance to sample and purchase some great wines. Some of the wines you choose will be available at the Auction Gala Dinner. The wine tasting will be held on Friday, January 19th at the Greenwood Masonic Lodge located at 7910 Greenwood Ave N. Tickets for this event will be available in the next few weeks. Bring a friend and taste some amazing wines!

1st Procurement Turn-in is TOMORROW, WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 15th

Our first procurement turn-in day is tomorrow Wednesday, November 15 during morning drop-off. Look for the middle school students to collect your forms and items. All procurement forms received by the Auction office by the end of the day will be entered into a drawing to receive two free tickets to the Live Auction and Gala Dinner on April 20th. Planning

Planning has begun for this year’s school auction Denim & Diamonds on April 20, 2018. Auction Guidebooks went home in your youngest child’s backpack last week where you will find lots of auction related information and suggestions to help you get started with procurement, sponsorship and volunteer opportunities.

First Procurement Turn-in

Our first procurement turn-in day is Wednesday, November 15 during morning drop-off. All procurement forms received by the Auction office by the end of the day will be entered into a drawing to receive two free tickets to the Live Auction and Gala Dinner on April 20th.
